Here at Cherry Bloom we are able to accept a complete refund and return if the product is faulty. In this unlikely event please contact us on this number 07936507381. We will need proof of the product and will require photos including the packaging.
We package all of our items in a certain way to protect the flowers and the item.
All products must be returned by 14 days. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. We can then offer a refund or a replacement providing on the customers request. Please add a covering letter for any returned faulty items.
It is the customers full respsonsibility to send pictures of the fault item and to return the product with the tracking service unused in its orginal packaging and within 14 days.
We recommend the returning item to be sent by tracked delivery so you can track the item if necessary.
