Here at Cherry Bloom we are able to accept a complete refund and return if the product is faulty. We will need proof of the product and will require photos including the packaging. 

We package all of our items in a certain way to protect the flowers and the item. 

We can also offer a refund or replacement if items have been received damaged within 24 hours of delivery.  The product must be unused and in the original packaging. We can then offer a refund or a replacement providing on the customers request. Please add a covering letter for any returned faulty items.

It is the customers full responsibility to send pictures of the fault item and to return the product with the tracking service unused in its original packaging.

We recommend the returning item to be sent by tracked delivery so you can track the item if necessary.
